SURFING WITCH'S ROCK IS EPIC

Hey have I told you guys how crazy epic surfing #witchsrock is?

By Witchs Rock I mean the actual surf break(not the camp)

Yup, thats right. Peña Bruja as it’s known by locals is located at Santa Rosa National park, only NP in Costa Rica with a museum in it, where our ancestors fought a 15min battle against the Nicaraguan filibusters who were planning to invade CR as this area didn’t belong to is just yet!

Back 2 surfing:

The only way right now to get there is by boat, meaning crowd factor tends to be limited to a couple or more boats out there.

A bunch of my surfers ask me if its an ‘advance level’ surf break…. And no it’s not. My best surf coaching has been there

The wave is soooo perfect if wind is right that my intermediate even beginner surfers have caught the rides of their life there.

Besides having perfect surf, the area, the rock monolith that sits in the middle of the ocean makes this place even more magical!
